SHE/HER

I don’t believe therapy is about “fixing.” Instead, therapy is a space to explore, uncover, and grow, empowering you to choose the path that feels right for you.

I am currently completing a master's degree in Social Work at Binghamton University and have previously completed a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Baruch College.

As a therapist, my goal is to offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can show up fully as yourself. I welcome individuals and couples of all gender identities who are navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply seeking deeper self-understanding.

I bring experience supporting clients through acute or prolonged crises, as well as with issues related to substance use, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. I’m also committed to providing affirming, inclusive care for LGBTQ+ individuals and sex workers, holding space to explore your experiences without shame or stigma.

In addition to talk therapy, my background as a Pilates instructor informs a holistic, body-centered approach. I incorporate mindfulness, breathwork, and somatic awareness to support the powerful connection between mind and body in healing and empowerment.

If you’re interested in working together, email me today, and we can find a time to meet and see if working together would be a good fit.
