Olivia Blythe, LMSW
THEY/THEM
I’m Olivia Blythe (they/them), a social worker and an abolitionist intersectional feminist. I’m dedicated to working with individuals impacted by acute and historical trauma, interpersonal violence, and state-sanctioned violence.
My focus is on fostering individual and community healing, empowering survivors to reclaim safety and autonomy after experiencing assault.
With six years of experience supporting individuals who have endured power-based violence, I am passionate about creating a therapeutic space that feels collaborative, warm, and client-centered.
My therapeutic style is direct yet empathetic, blending curiosity with compassion. I strive to build an environment where clients feel heard without judgment, offering support while gently challenging them to foster growth. I’m exploring and incorporating trauma-informed techniques, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and somatic practices, to meet the specific needs of each client.
I specialize in supporting survivors of sexual violence, family violence, and refugees, helping them navigate complex trauma and rebuild a sense of safety and empowerment.
I deeply believe that it is possible to feel better, and I know that comprehending the violence you have experienced is an integral part of your healing journey.
